Conflict Resolution

I am an experienced conflict resolution facilitator, educator and consultant. I have studied a wide variety of interpersonal communication skills and conflict resolution styles over the last ten years. I combine this with my somatic awareness education to create a content that promotes compassionate communication, personal growth, stress management and enhanced relationships with oneself and others. My audiences include adults,teens and children. I use these skills volunteering in the local restorative justice program. I incorporate Feldenkrais movement, poems and a book I have written and illustrated into the classes to make it fun and creative.

Beekeeping
I am a beekeeper. Some of my hives live at over eight thousand feet in the foothills of Colorado.
Harvested wax is used in my encaustic paintings, which mixes the melted wax with oil paints. I also do collage, using high quality papers, and mixed media.
